Sara trained in Matwork Pilates Foundation at Suzanne Scott’s in Castle Cary 2004-2006. Later furthering her training in Apparatus Pilates 2006-2009.

After having her son Sara developed back problems. After taking part in a short Pilates course she realised she wanted more and since then has dedicated her life to Pilates and rehabilitation.

In her spare time Sara loves to go cold water dipping, comedy improv and amateur dramatics & dancing.

Catherine trained as a Pilates Foundation Matwork teacher in 2010. Later furthering her training by graduating as a Pilates Foundation Apparatus teacher in 2019.

She has held a lifelong interest in health & fitness and was introduced to Pilates through her parent’s positive experiences.

Catherine has a number of interests including spending time outdoors from skiing to paddle boarding and cycling.

Sarah trained as a Pilates Foundation Matwork teacher at Bodywise Salisbury in 2017. Since then she has also been teaching at Bodywise and her own studio Roundhill.

Sarah sustained a back injury at work which lead her to Pilates and Wellness journey.

She aims to make each lesson informative and fun! Hoping to help clients deepen their own sense of mind-body connection and to let go of the stresses of modern life.

Lisa trained as a Matwork teacher in 2010 at Scott studio in Somerset. Later she trained on Apparatus with Jessica Moolenarr in 2014 in London.

She began teaching due to a back injury that was much improved from attending Pilates with Bonnie Southgate in Bournemouth and then Leila Coppock in Salisbury.

Lisa has 3 horses, a cat and guinea pigs. She is also a mum and has a busy life looking after her children, as well as running her own Pilates studio in Teffont Evias Salisbury.

Tina trained as a Matwork teacher at Scott Studios in 2009. Since then she has also received training in Ayurvedic & Himalayan Hatha yoga.

Tina works closely with pilates principles and encourages her clients to work with their breath, improving strength, flexibility and body awareness.

In her spare time Tina enjoys hiking, cycling and pickle ball.

Karen trained as a Pilates Foundation Matwork teacher with Leila Coppock at Bodywise Pilates in 2019. She has been teaching matwork clients since then at all levels.

 Her calling to teach came from her own personal experience of learning to live with long term back issues, and wanting to help others.

 To relax she likes to walk, take photographs, cook healthily and spend time with her grown up children and not so grown up friends!!
